About the Role:
We are looking for a creative professional who understands the full social media lifecycle- from planning and content creation to publishing and execution. This role goes beyond simply posting content; it requires hands-on involvement in producing engaging photos, videos, and other materials for our social media channels.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our team in Vancouver, Washington, and should be available to visit the office periodically to capture photos, record videos, cover company activities, and create authentic behind-the-scenes content. The person willbe responsible fordeveloping content across all our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.


Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage high-quality, engaging, and value-driven content that reflects the company's mission and core values.

Grow and nurture our online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering meaningful interactions.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, and HR) to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Plan and execute social media campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive audience engagement.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry insights tooptimizeour content strategy.

Track and analyze performance metrics to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between online and offline branding initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experiencein social media managementand community engagement.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent storytelling and content creation skills (visual and written).

Access to a camera and content creation equipment (such as lighting, microphone, and other tools needed for producing engaging video and visual content).

Experience withpaid social media advertisingand audience targeting.

Proficiencyin content management tools and social media analytics platforms.

Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.Knowledge of Russian/ Ukrainian will be a plus.
