Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a remote Bilingual Automotive Service Advisor in our TRC Call Center!
Shift: between 6:00am- 10:00pm (must be flexible within these hours)
Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Automotive or Truck Mechanic

What will you do?
Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support grounded in real‑world automotive mechanical experience.
Assess the necessity, scope, and accuracy of recommended repairs based on industry standards and hands‑on experience.
Ensure repair and maintenance work is performed appropriately and priced fairly.
Identify opportunities for cost savings through technical review and, when appropriate, negotiate repairs; document all savings realized.
Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are technically sound and consistently followed.
Maintain individual performance metrics at or above established goals.
Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support grounded in real‑world mechanical experience.
Contribute positively to team morale and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
Adapt to operational changes while remaining calm, professional, and solution‑focused under pressure.
Maintain a professional image, strong work ethic, and accountability in a fully remote environment.
What are we looking for?
Bilingual - English/French
Valid mechanic’s license 310S or 310T.
5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair
5+ year’s relevant experience in a contact center setting (Asset)
Post-Secondary Education (i.e. College diploma, Certificate, or Apprenticeship) (Asset)
Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Asset)
ASE certification or willing to obtain within established timeline set by ARI.
