About the Role

We're hiring a HR Generalist/Recruiter to manage the full hiring cycle for our call center positions - from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting new hire onboarding. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment and enjoys connecting people with the right opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Source and screen candidates for call center roles (customer service reps, team leads, and support staff)
  • Post and manage job listings across Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards
  • Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and applicant tracking records
  • Support new hire paperwork and onboarding logistics
  • Build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to keep up with ongoing hiring needs

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of recruiting or high-volume hiring experience (call center or customer service hiring a plus)
  • 5 years of HR support activities
  • Experience working in Bamboo, or similar HR software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple open roles and candidates at once
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
