Employment Type: 6-month contract with the potential of extension to 1-year.

About the Opportunity: The Investor Services Team supports a seamless onboarding experience for investors by reviewing new account documentation, verifying that all required paperwork is complete, identifying and tracking missing documents, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with customers via email to obtain any outstanding information.

What You'll Do:
  • Support the administration of daily activities for the oversight of collective investment funds.
  • Assist with operational tasks related to fund launches, mergers, liquidations, terminations, and other product initiatives.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, resolve issues, and address inquiries.
  • Generate and review reports within your area of responsibility to ensure operational oversight and effectively handle inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to resolve issues, address production concerns, and manage general inquiries.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of operational processes and procedures.
  • Maintain responsibility for identifying, assessing, and managing risks and risk events, ensuring adherence to relevant policies, procedures, risk appetites, and tolerances. Escalate and record incidents promptly and accurately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in financial services, accounting, banking, or a related business environment.
