• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each student's unique background and challenges, and develop customized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices aimed at achieving the best outcomes.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), enabling students to manage anxieties, depression, and trauma more effectively.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations, ensuring each patient’s privacy is treated with the utmost respect.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including educational staff and mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and a unified approach to student rehabilitation.
• Engage in regular case consultations to foster continuous professional development and ensure the highest caliber of care is delivered to each client.
• Proactively educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and valuable community resources to encourage informed participation in the recovery process.
• Stay informed on the latest research in mental health to enhance the quality of care provided, always striving for evidence-based practices.

You will work primarily with school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional or behavioral issues. Your ability to connect with young clients will be instrumental in fostering their growth and recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your advanced knowledge and commitment to the field.
• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), ensuring compliance with professional standards.
• A robust understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to customize interventions for each individual’s needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate deep connections with clients and foster trust in the therapeutic relationship.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
