A Brief Overview
The Agency Service Representative is responsible for resolving escalated policyholder and agent concerns by partnering with local Safelite field leaders and other internal departments to provide a solution. They should respond promptly and professionally to all emails, phone calls and inquiries from agents, contact center and field partners. They will also be expected to document their interactions in Salesforce.

Work Location: Remote

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern Time
What you will do

  • Provide exclusive concierge / white label service to Mega accounts answering line on behalf of insurance clients
  • Provides white glove solutions to State Farm and other Top 10 carriers, through digital & proactive agent communication while partnering with the Solutions Sales team
  • Specialized service and initiatives aimed toward unique insurance carrier requests
  • Responds promptly and professionally to all emails, phone calls and inquiries from agents, contact center and field partners, handling them from a tactical stand point to allow sales team to focus on relationship building
  • Data clean up / documents customer interaction in Salesforce
  • Other duties assigned by management


Qualifications

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred

  • Salesforce experience
