  • Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.
  • Maintain drawing standards, revision control, and design documentation.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve design workflows, quote tracking, and integration between drawings and Salesforce (SFDC) opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve design efficiency using emerging technologies.
  • Support development of standard design libraries, templates, and configurable solutions.
  • Coordinate with Estimators and Project Managers to ensure designs align with project scope, pricing, and schedules.
  • Demonstrate commitment to Safety, LEAN, Continuous Improvement, and Teamwork.

  • 3-5 years of CAD design experience in manufacturing, architectural products, or construction-related industries.
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks required.
  • Experience creating fabrication, installation, and assembly drawings.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

**Remote work will be considered for candidates living within the PA/MD areas with willingness to travel occasionally to our office/plant locations in this region.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DriveWorks, Autodesk Inventor, and Microsoft Visio preferred.
  • Experience supporting technical sales or custom-engineered products preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM systems is a plus.
  • Interest in AI tools and workflow automation to improve business processes.
