Job description

The Customer Service Representative (Remote) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional support to customers by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders efficiently. This position involves working as an individual contributor within both small and large customer service teams, utilizing proprietary CRM tools to maintain accurate documentation and follow up on customer feedback. Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.
