Job description

We are seeking a highly driven Strategic Enterprise Sales Director to lead our US market expansion across Embedded Engineering, IoT, Edge, and hardware-driven technology ecosystems. In this executive role, you will act as an โ€œintrapreneur,โ€ building a business within a business by developing and scaling high-impact enterprise partnerships.

Rather than relying on fragmented or individual sales efforts, you will leverage your established executive relationships and drive a collaborative, enterprise-wide winning approach. You will work closely with our technical and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions that ensure client success. Your focus will be on delivering measurable business outcomes and long-term value, ensuring that every opportunity represents a strategic, high-impact partnership for both our clients and our organization.

Location: US Remote in US (preferably Eastern or Central US)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embrace an "intrapreneurial" mindset to build and scale your territory, taking full ownership of your business strategy, go-to-market execution, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Leverage your existing network to bring in relationships, while actively forging new, deeply trusted partnerships at the C-suite level within target enterprise accounts.
  • Command the entire enterprise sales lifecycle, from sophisticated pipeline generation to complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations and closure.
  • Lead cross-functional pursuit teamsโ€”working intimately with Solutions Architects and delivery leaders to shape and define customized solutions that directly address the customer's core business challenges.
  • Articulate the precise, transformative business outcomes delivered by HiQo Solutions, focusing exclusively on the forward-positive financial and operational impact we achieve for the customer.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to position engineering and hardware-adjacent solutions that support digital transformation initiatives in IoT and embedded systems ecosystems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 12+ years of executive sales experience within the professional services or enterprise technology sector, with a proven ability to operate effectively as a business builder and intrapreneur.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring in established, high-level executive relationships and quickly forge new, trusted partnerships within large-scale enterprises.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets through complex, high-value enterprise technology sales.
  • Deeply rooted industry experience and technical fluency in driving revenue across Embedded Engineering, hardware product development, IoT systems, and Edge computing environments.
  • Exceptional ability to orchestrate collaborative sales strategies, working closely with internal teams to define solutions that translate complex digital transformation concepts into clear, compelling business value.

Compensation: We offer a competitive, experience-based salary aligned with market benchmarks. Compensation will be discussed individually and tailored to skills, seniority, and scope of responsibilities.
