As a Domain Specialist for ValueOps you'll be responsible for strategic and tactical engagements with large enterprise customers helping to build and grow value with our enterprise portfolio planning and agile management solutions including:

  • Performing value alignment with strategic customers

  • Building relationships across customer's or partner's IT and business silos and offerings to understand, build, document and share our knowledge of their portfolio management, agile transformation, challenges and potential impact of planned projects.

  • Understand and act as a valued resource early and often within the customer's decision-making process (e.g.: during the idea or conceptual stages).

  • Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers.

  • Maintain account opportunity, engagement and adoption information

  • Managing and directing team members within assigned accounts

  • Maintain good understanding of the Agile Operations Divisions (AOD) capabilities/products across entire portfolio

  • Maintain understanding of the ValueOps domain (functional and technical)

  • Maintain understanding of 3rd party solutions and tools related to the domain

  • Perform demos and proof of value for PPM and Agile solutions

  • Present solution & adoption roadmaps to customers

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure synergy and consistency across solutions (in terms of technology, architecture and roadmap) in assigned customers

  • Collaborate closely with other domain members in the territory to ensure cross-pollination, collaborative learning and 360-degree understanding of assigned accounts

  • Collaborate in the definition and execution of account marketing activities

To qualify for this position you will:

  • Have a bachelor's and 12+ years of related experience or master's degree and 10+ years of experience in a technology or business related discipline.

  • Eager and willing to understand our customers 'why'

  • Skills necessary to shift customer from relationship to partnership

  • Strong background with Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, and Agile management solutions such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, Apptio and others

  • Understanding of Agile frameworks, such as SAFe

  • Ability to understand customer business problems and clearly formulate and articulate software solutions to solve those problems

  • Ability to interact with business users to discuss and document business requirements, and then translate those requirements into a working application.

  • A broad understanding of business and IT management

  • Strong presentation skills, including software demonstration skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits


The annual base salary range for this position is USD 110,800.00 To USD 177,300.00

As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth. All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
