Position Summary

The Maximo Business Analyst & Reporting Analystis responsible forsupporting andoptimizingIBM Maximo solutions through business process analysis, reporting development, user training, and functional support. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Maximo capabilities, reporting solutions, and business processes align with operationalobjectives.

A key responsibilityofthis position is driving Maximo 2.0 user adoption through comprehensive training programs while developing andmaintainingenterprise reporting solutions using BIRT, Cognos, Power BI, MAS Reporting, and other reporting technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Support business process improvements across Asset Management, Maintenance, Inventory, Procurement, and Work Management functions. Design, develop,maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs within Maximo 1.0 and Maximo 2.0 environments.

Create operational, management, compliance, and executive reporting solutions using BIRT, Cognos, Power BI, MAS Reporting, and related reporting tools. Analyze reporting requirements and translate business needs into actionable reporting and analytics solutions.

Validatereport accuracy, data integrity, and performance.

Lead Maximo 2.0 end-user training initiatives and support organizational adoption efforts.

Develop training curricula, user guides, job aids, quick-reference materials, and knowledge articles.

Facilitateclassroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions for business users and system administrators.

Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for Maximo-related issues.

Support testing activities, including test planning, test execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation

. Collaborate with technical teams on system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.

Maintainfunctional documentation, process maps, and reporting specifications.

Identifyopportunities to improve business processes, reporting capabilities, and user experience.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

3-5 years of experience supporting IBM Maximo as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or Reporting Analyst.

Experience developing reports and dashboards using one or more of thefollowing:

BIRT

Cognos Analytics

Power BI

Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Reporting

Experience creating and deliveringsystem training and user enablement programs.

Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) business processes.

Experience gathering and documenting business requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Maximo 1.0 to Maximo 2.0 transformation initiatives.

Experience with Maximo Manage, MAS Monitor, Mobile, Scheduler, or Health applications.

Experience integrating Maximo with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Experience working in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Utilities, or other regulated industries.

Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
