About the Role:

As a Creator Operations & Analytics Intern, you'll support the Creator Support Operations team by helping improve the creator experience through data analysis, reporting, research, and process improvements.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Creator Support, you'll work closely with the Creator Care Operations Lead to build dashboards, analyze trends, document workflows, and support initiatives that enhance the creator experience and internal operations.

This internship offers hands-on experience with modern analytics, automation, and AI tools while partnering with cross-functional teams on projects that drive operational improvements. You'll gain exposure to the creator economy, business operations, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with weekly and monthly reporting using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Hex.
  • Help identify trends in creator support data and summarize insights for the team.
  • Support dashboard creation, data cleanup, and reporting projects.
  • Document workflows, processes, and internal resources.
  • Assist with automation projects using Google Apps Script, Slack Workflows, Airtable, HubSpot, Claude, and ChatGPT.
  • Research creator economy trends, platform updates, and operational best practices.
  • Review creator feedback and support conversations to identify common questions, pain points, and opportunities to improve the creator experience.
  • Assist with operational audits and quality assurance projects to help ensure data accuracy and process consistency.
  • Prepare summaries and presentations that communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Help improve internal processes and support cross-functional projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field

Work Hours:

Part-time up to 20 hours, flexible schedule based on academic commitments.
