About the Role:
ECF Data is a Consulting and Professional Service firm based in Las Vegas. We are the sole specialist provider of conference needs (video and voice) using Microsoft Office 365 and Skype/Lync in this region. Unified Communication architecture, implementation, and management have been the hallmark of ECF Data since its founding in 2010. We balance system consulting, integration, and management with industry standards and best practices. ECF Data is continually expanding, and we are currently looking for a new, innovative and energetic team member for our Sales and Business Development Representative. This position is an entry / junior level position; however, we are aiming to hire a candidate that can jump right in and quickly learn the company and position requirements.
Primary Job Requirements:
  • Outbound calling to clients providing information on products and services
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Willingness to learn all business aspects of our company and clients
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Other duties to be assigned
Required Education and Experience:
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience or demonstrated equivalent training.
  • Excellent selling, communications and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • College graduate or higher
