This is a full-time remote role, allowing you the flexibility to create a work schedule that suits your lifestyle while maintaining regular business hours of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. • Conduct virtual counseling sessions, offering one-on-one attention to clients with diverse mental health needs.
• Facilitate open dialogue to help clients articulate their feelings, experiences, and challenges effectively.
• Collaboratively establish practical and achievable treatment goals that promote mental wellness and improve life quality.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical evaluations, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
• Utilize digital tools and telehealth platforms effectively to enhance the therapy experience for clients.

The clients you will work with come from various backgrounds, ranging from young adults dealing with transitional issues to seasoned professionals navigating stress and anxiety. Your role will involve addressing a spectrum of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and other emotional challenges. The ability to cultivate a strong therapeutic rapport and maintain a client-centered approach is essential in fostering successful outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice mental health counseling in Oregon (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in individual therapy settings.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with clients in a virtual format.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices in remote therapy delivery.

• Experience implementing specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Background in developing and evaluating personalized treatment plans that incorporate client feedback and outcomes.
• Proven track record of building trust and rapport with clients through compassionate and empathetic communication.
