Job description

Come join our amazing team and work remote from home! What you'll do: Responsible for supporting enterprise initiatives sponsored by the Executive Committee by translating strategic objectives into actionable, data-informed solutions. Acting as an internal consultant, this role partners with business leaders, project managers, analytics, and IT teams to design, document, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive long-term business value.

Responsibilities are not focused on routine report production. Instead, emphasizes strategic problem-solving, requirements gathering, and data governance. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

The target pay range for this position is $95,000.00 to $120,000.00. What you'll need: Strategic Initiative Execution & Problem Solving Team member responsible for execution of high-impact, enterprise-level initiatives from concept through implementation. Translate executive priorities into clear problem statements, business requirements, and measurable outcomes.

Use structured problem-solving to resolve business challenges, evaluate options, and deliver data-informed recommendations. Identify and address gaps between current business operations and executive goals. Collaborate with business, IT, analytics, vendors, and other delivery partners.

Partner with Project Managers, IT and analytics teams to prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, and align work to technology roadmaps. Lead requirements gathering by engaging business stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities. Own and maintain high-quality documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, and solution designs.

Develop use cases, track requirements, manage assumptions, and ensure solution alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Create functional specifications for new or enhanced systems, reports, analytics, and processes. Provide recommendations on data, analytics, reporting, and process solutions.

Evaluate existing data assets, reports, dashboards, and analytical processes; recommend scalable improvements. Support and promote data governance practices, including consistent data definitions, business rules, documentation, and appropriate data usage. Use SQL and analytical tools to explore data, validate logic, and support solution development.

Perform other duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES: Strategic and forward-thinking mindset Solution-oriented with strong analytical judgment and problem-solving skills, able to simplify complex, ambiguous issues into executable solutions. Strong documentation, prioritization, and execution skills Sound judgment related to data usage, quality, and governance.

Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Excellent presentation and communication skills, including management-level communication. Ability to learn and understand all aspects of the business process, key performance drivers, and operational report metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience Two plus (2+) years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, consulting, or related roles Experience supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. Strong understanding of data structures, analytical concepts, and reporting logic. Ability to read, write, and interpret code (e.g., SQL, Python, or similar) Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with IT, analytics, and project management teams.

Experience with AI-enabled analytics, automation, or decision-support solutions, preferred. Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or modern cloud data platforms, preferred. Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data quality practices, or metadata management, preferred.

Experience in Mortgage, Real Estate, Title, Financial Services, or similarly regulated industries, preferred. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, preferred.
