Title: Lead Business Analyst 
Location: Remote

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements for operational dashboards.
  •  Understand and translate data from ServiceNow (ITSM/Incident/Problem modules), SolarWinds (Network Monitoring), and Tanium (Endpoint Monitoring) into meaningful dashboard KPIs and visualizations.
  •  Define use cases, workflows, and data mapping between tools to ensure accurate and real-time dashboard reporting.
  •  Work with development teams to design and validate dashboard prototypes using data from multiple monitoring and ITSM systems.
  •  Partner with Operations and SRE teams to identify incident trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  •  Create requirement documents (BRDs, FRDs, and user stories) and ensure traceability across the product lifecycle.
  •  Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure delivered dashboards meet business objectives.
  •  Analyze and report on service performance metrics, SLA adherence, and operational resilience indicators.
  •  Continuously identify opportunities to automate reporting and enhance visibility into operational health and stability
