Job Description

You will work directly with client and collaborate with team members to ensure our clients are successful. You will provide advice and guidance on how to best take advantage of the Product. These projects range from several weeks to several months in duration and require a high-degree of customer interaction and expectation-setting.

Desired Skills and Experience

Background in hands-on system configuration. Actual programming experience is not required, but a genuine interest in problem solving and learning how systems and applications work is a must.

Experience conducting in-person requirements-gathering workshops and planning sessions will be extremely valuable.

Industry sourcing expertise in Retail, Financial Services or healthcare.

Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering

Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows

Strong business/client engagement skills 

Experience developing business requirements 

Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations

Business Analyst Skills including communication, documentation and solution design required 

Qualifications

At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or configuration resource on enterprise-level projects -  Candidates are required on our W2 and should be open to relocate all over US
