Primary Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: • Creating business requirement documents, use cases, and process maps. • Designing solutions to support non-standard work that meets business needs, workflow changes, and/or process re-engineering. • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding. • Partner with the other Benefits & EBS leads to ensure a common consistent process • Coordinate with SAP, operational, and business process SMEs across RTX • Leading the testing and validation of proposed solutions and ensuring that they meet business requirements. • Assist in training users and providing ongoing support for new or updated systems. • Foster relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and business partners • Assist project management with scheduling, resourcing, and change management activities. Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: • Prior hands-on experience with the implementation, configuration, or support of timekeeping, payroll, and/or Workday software projects. o Specific knowledge / experience with Paid Time Off, Leave of Absence, Leave Accruals is desired • Must demonstrate expertise in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable solutions • Experience working in cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of software solutions. • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and external third parties Qualifications you must have • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements. • 10+ years' working experience and knowledge of Business Services business processes and technical system knowledge

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
