Job description

Our client National Quality Systems (NQS) is in search of an Account Manager. This is a remote position preferably a candidate on the east coast of the U.S.

About National Quality Systems (NQS)

National Quality Systems (NQS) is a healthcare SaaS company delivering modern clinical registry platforms for Trauma, Burn, Emergency General Surgery, and specialty programs. Our solutions help hospitals improve data quality, streamline verification workflows, and turn registry data into actionable operational and financial insight.

The Account Manager owns the post-onboarding client lifecycle for assigned NQS customers. This role is accountable for driving measurable customer success, supporting renewals and retention, leading quarterly business reviews, and translating customer insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams.

The Account Manager serves as a strategic partner to clients, strengthens long-term relationships, captures customer advocacy, and contributes to the continued maturation of the NQS account management program. This is a self-directed role with future leadership and supervisory growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the client relationship following onboarding, ensuring continued traction across all active workstreams.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, including performance analysis, insights development, and executive-level storytelling.
  • Monitor account health indicators including adoption, satisfaction, risk signals, and retention metrics.
  • Identify trends and patterns across assigned accounts and present strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Drive activities that directly support successful client renewals and long-term retention.
  • Capture customer testimonials, case studies, success stories, and reference opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Customer Support to streamline escalations and remove operational friction.
  • Partner with Onboarding to ensure continuity, knowledge transfer, and timeline protection.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to channel client feedback and support feature validation.
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of NQS account management playbooks, dashboards, and operating rhythms.
  • Support conference participation, including attending and exhibiting on behalf of NQS as needed.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, reporting, and account status updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, which may include customer support activities, onboarding assistance, or development-related workstreams.
