Peaceful Living Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a high standard of care. We utilize a user-friendly therapist portal that simplifies clinical documentation and enhances the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a therapist portal to maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring streamlined workflows and reduced administrative burdens.
• Implement automatic symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to continuously evaluate and adjust treatment strategies.
• Provide weekly therapy sessions via secure live video to individuals experiencing a broad range of emotional disorders.
• Access support and ongoing consultation from our Therapy Leadership Team to enhance clinical skills and improve client outcomes.

The clients you'll serve encompass a variety of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicidal ideation. You’ll engage with both adults and potentially adolescents, using a culturally responsive approach that respects the diverse needs and experiences of each individual.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PSYD).
• An active, independent license in the state of Oregon as a mental health counselor (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC). Dual state licenses are highly appreciated.
• Tech-savviness with enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into clinical practice.
• A commitment to delivering culturally responsive care to diverse populations.

• At least 2 years of recent experience providing evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy and other clinical interventions for adults facing mental health issues.
• Experience working in a remote or digitally-enhanced setting is a plus.
• Proficiency in using therapy software and telehealth solutions to deliver care.
