Blue Pearl Psychiatry and Counseling Center, PLLC is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our dynamic team in a full-time, remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a dedicated caseload of clients to provide personalized mental health counseling.
  • Establishing rapport and building positive, professional relationships with clients while upholding ethical standards and boundaries.
  • Conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan for upcoming appointments and discharge when appropriate.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation and progress notes to track client progress effectively.
  • Performing comprehensive intake assessments to gather initial client information.
  • Conducting individual counseling sessions to address client-specific concerns and goals.
  • Engaging in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and practices.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure well-rounded patient care and outcomes.
  • Embracing a growth mindset in all aspects of work to continually improve client care and professional abilities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults seeking support for various mental health challenges. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
  • A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) certification.
  • At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
  • Proficiency with technology, including familiarity with office software (Excel, RMS systems, email applications) to manage documentation efficiently.
Preferred Experience
