You will work with a diverse client population, including adults, teens, couples, and families, each facing distinct psychological challenges. • A Master’s degree in a behavioral science field, such as psychology, counseling, or social work, from an accredited institution is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania is mandatory, along with passing relevant licensing examinations.
• Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities and counseling techniques, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging clients and effectively conveying therapeutic concepts.

• At least 2 years of professional counseling experience, particularly in a telehealth setting, is preferred.
