Job description

We are looking for an engaged and enthusiastic general manager for Sanshee to help drive our team towards structure and striving in pursuit of our goals of best serving our partners, our community, and our fellow team members.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between executive and employees.
  • Developing, managing, and evaluating performance of lead team members across all departments.
  • Creating and implementing strategies for business growth.
  • Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to customers, partners, and community.
  • Working closely with staff to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Improving internal processes for better productivity.
  • Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports.
  • Monitoring the budget and costs and making decisions to reduce waste.
  • Managing the recruitment, hiring and training processes.
  • Manage company’s schedule for projects and that corresponding company calendar is kept up accurate by relevant team members.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Strategic thinking and planning.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring.
  • Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship.
