Account Executive (Remote - US)
YOUR MISSION
Fuel TrackStreet's growth by driving new business through smart, persistent outreach and a deep understanding of our platform. Your work will directly impact revenue, customer acquisition, and brand expansion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Communicate with prospects as part of a metric-driven sales qualification and advancement process
  • Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives
  • Promote business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communication(s) to prospective clients
  • Meet or exceed the quota of minimum calls/emails per day
  • Meet goals related to pipeline management and recurring revenue bookings
  • Research and evaluate leads/prospects through Web and Database
  • Document your interactions with prospects
  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory
  • Present our products and services to prospective customers
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the TrackStreet platform
  • Cross-sell products, when appropriate
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention Work closely with internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas
  • Work with Sales and Marketing leadership to grow specific sales territory to support the acquisition of new accounts in the region
  • Maintain all contacts/deals in HubSpot and record all progress
  • Work with lead generation funnels and automation technology to support high-velocity outbound marketing programs, leveraging prospect data and market insights
  • Support data teams with the ingestion, filtering and allocation of prospect information
  • Answer customer questions about features, pricing, and additional services
  • Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
  • Participate in side-by-side call coaching from your manager

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated knowledge of eCommerce
    Familiarity with Brand Protection is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resilient with a proven track record in sales
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in the SaaS industry
  • Coachable and able to learn quickly
  • Curious and intelligent
  • Possessing a strong work ethic
  • Conscientious and detail-oriented
  • Not easily discouraged
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment

COMPENSATION
  • Starting at $140,000 on target earnings
