The Senior Manager, Client Success, serves as a strategic leader for a portfolio of complex, high-value client accounts. This individual builds trusted client relationships, translates client goals into integrated marketing and communications strategies, and leads multidisciplinary teams through successful execution. The Senior Manager is accountable for the quality, timeliness, financial performance, and overall success of assigned accounts. Your Impact:
  • Serves as the senior day-to-day strategic partner for a portfolio of complex, high-value client accounts.
  • Develops a deep understanding of each client's mission, audiences, priorities, challenges, and measures of success.
  • Leads client meetings, presentations, strategic planning sessions, and account reviews.
  • Builds trusted relationships that support client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
  • Identifies opportunities to expand Moore's services and deliver additional value to clients.
  • Anticipates account risks, addresses concerns proactively, and escalates issues when appropriate.
  • Leads the development of integrated, omnichannel marketing and communications strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Translates approved strategies into actionable plans, scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and measurable performance goals.
  • Directs multidisciplinary teams-including strategy, creative, media, digital, analytics, production, and external partners-to deliver cohesive work.
  • Oversees campaign plans, content calendars, project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies across assigned accounts.
  • Reviews deliverables for strategic alignment, quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Evaluates campaign performance and applies insights to strengthen future recommendations.
  • Owns the financial performance of assigned accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, staffing, scope management, vendor expenses, billing coordination, and profitability.
  • Ensures work is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Maintains accurate account plans, project status information, and financial reporting.
  • May assist in the development of proposals, statements of work, account plans, presentations, and organic-growth initiatives.
  • Establishes priorities, delegates responsibilities, and holds team members accountable for quality and deadlines.
  • Collaborates with leaders and subject-matter experts throughout Moore to bring the strongest capabilities to each client.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Your Profile:
  • At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in client services, integrated marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex client accounts and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of integrated marketing and communications, including brand strategy, digital marketing, paid media, content development, creative production, public relations, and performance measurement.
  • Strong strategic planning, client leadership, financial management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across formats, including emails, proposals, statements of work, briefs, presentations, and document editing.
  • Demonstrated success managing 5+ client accounts, concurrent workstreams, shifting priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, creative professionals, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the responsible use of AI-enabled tools in marketing, communications, research, and workflow management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides; experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, dependable, highly organized, and detail oriented.
  • Ability to travel as required.
