The Role

The Sr. Software Engineer will partner in an agile team environment to support and enhance ERP systems, working closely with users to resolve complex issues and improve business processes. This role collaborates with development and business teams to analyze requirements, design effective solutions, and deliver system enhancements of moderate complexity. The engineer will be responsible for documenting, communicating, and explaining system requirements, technical designs, and recommended approaches.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Partners in an Agile Scrum team environment to be able to design, develop, code, test, debug and support new software roll-out &/or enhancements to existing software
  • Works closely with business partners and technical staff to create technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements
  • Collaborates with product developers in an agile team to define and implement effective and efficient automated tests
  • Documents own work to promote transparency and reuse
  • Builds production-quality enterprise-grade systems that achieve target SLAs for scalability, reliability, and performance on an agreed upon schedule
  • Prioritizes and handles multiple concurrent projects and efforts
  • Demonstrates accountability for successful completion of assignments and tasks
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • 6+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience (Computer Science or similar is preferred). 4 + years of experience with a master's degree.
  • Experience with SAP S4/Fiori Procurement and Master Data
  • Familiar with SAP S4/Fiori Project Systems, Budgeting, and Asset Information
  • Background in Agile practices, including planning and grooming, sprint management, daily standup, and retrospective participation
  • Experience with Developing and Performance Tuning Large-Volume, Scalable Solutions 
  • Exposure to or Experience with AI Technologies
  • Highly motivated, organized, reliable and detail oriented
  • Quick learner and actively seeks out new technology
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$84,629 - $100,838 in these states: AL  AR  AZ  FL  GA  IA  ID  IN  KS  KY  LA  ME  MO  MS  MT  ND  NE  NM  OH  OK  PA  SC  SD  TN  UT  VT  WI  WV  WY 
$88,860 - $110,480 in these states: CO  HI  MI  MN  NC  NH  NV  OR  RI 
$93,092 - $115,122 in these states: AK  CA  CT  DC  DE  IL  MA  MD  NJ  NY  TX  VA  WA
