• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior support plans.
• Complete and maintain meticulous documentation that meets regulatory requirements to support program compliance and quality care delivery.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as indicated by clinical team protocols to inform best practices in client care.
• Foster collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective treatment interventions and support plans tailored to client needs.
• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to promote compliance and uphold service standards.
• Serve as a liaison to local service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating resource access and integration for clients.
• Develop and sustain open lines of communication with community partners to enhance service delivery and program visibility.
• Establish positive relationships with various agencies and organizations to promote services, identify new partnerships, and pursue funding opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities such as conferences, workshops, and committees within the mental health field.
• Uphold and promote the mission, values, philosophy, and principles of Talk Consult in all professional interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the organizational objectives.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals dealing with mental health issues, substance use recovery, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries. Your role will be critical in supporting these clients through complex emotional landscapes, guiding them towards recovery, community integration, and wellness.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required for this role.
• Applicants must possess an independent LMHC license, ensuring you are equipped to practice without supervision.

• Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with diverse client populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques is advantageous.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or partnership-building initiatives.
