This position is entirely remote, enabling you to create your own schedule and work from any location within the Gilbert, Arizona area or beyond. As a member of our telehealth team, you’ll interface with clients primarily through video chat, leveraging a user-friendly digital platform designed specifically for therapists. Your role will be integral in helping clients embark on their mental health journeys while enjoying the flexibility that remote work offers.

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling via secure video conferencing platforms.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to effectively address client concerns and facilitate progress in therapy.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, ensuring alignment with each client’s goals and needs.
• Support clients in gaining insights into their emotions, personal challenges, and relationships, promoting greater self-awareness and growth.
• Monitor progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary to foster healthy coping mechanisms.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation, relying on our streamlined administrative support to minimize paperwork burdens.

You will serve a diverse clientele including stable, low-acuity adults who present with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. Your goal will be to empower clients to enhance their overall quality of life through skill-building, therapeutic support, and the development of effective coping strategies.

• Minimum educational requirement: Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid state licensure to practice independently: must hold one of the following:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional or limited licenses; candidates must have no disciplinary actions on their record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic, client-centered approach to therapy.
• Strong computer literacy to utilize virtual therapy platforms and maintain documentation.

• Previous experience in telehealth or remote counseling is a plus.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, depending on your flexibility and the hours you choose to work. Benefits include:
