West Advisory Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to join our innovative team. This position is fully remote, allowing counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their own spaces while accessing our community-centric health clinic's support and resources. You will engage with a multidisciplinary team that is passionate about mental health and committed to continuous learning. The team operates remotely but maintains strong communication through regular virtual meetings and consultations.

• Provide detailed assessments and tailored therapy sessions to clients, ensuring that their individual needs are met effectively and compassionately.
• Complete all client documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, within 24 hours of service delivery to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that take clients' unique circumstances into account, using evidence-based practices tailored to their specific needs.
• Participate in team consultations and case reviews to optimize client care strategies and share insights with colleagues.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant client records in accordance with organizational standards and healthcare regulations.

You will work primarily with adult individuals and couples who are seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Your role is crucial in helping these clients navigate their mental health journeys, fostering resilience and promoting positive change.

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW).
• Proficiency in using virtual therapy platforms to conduct sessions effectively and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, ideally in a mental health setting where you have engaged with diverse populations.
• Experience with telehealth services and an understanding of the unique challenges and solutions related to virtual counseling are strongly preferred.
