Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support Oracle Planning Cloud, Demand Management, and Backlog Management modules.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to planning, demand management, and backlog processes.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training workshops.
  • Develop testing scenarios, test scripts, and perform functional testing.
  • Coordinate with technical teams on custom reports, integrations, and Oracle Cloud migration activities.
  • Support migration and conversion initiatives from Oracle On-Premise EBS to Oracle Planning Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud Analytical Reports.
  • Support business users with day-to-day issues, enhancements, and customizations.
  • Conduct and support Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and UAT sessions.
  • Lead business design and requirements workshops.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand products, offers, orderability, and existing system capabilities.
  • Identify business process improvements and develop optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate project activities, meetings, issue discussions, and status reporting.
  • Deliver solutions within defined timelines and quality standards.
  • Assess risks, develop business cases, and present recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
