Ready to take your supply chain career into one of the most recognizable names in the global fashion and beauty industry?

We’re hiring an Operations Planner to join the operations team of an iconic, internationally recognized fashion and beauty brand. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the growth of a beauty portfolio, working directly with vendors and cross-functional teams to bring products to market efficiently and on time.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Operations Planner, you’ll own critical supply chain activities across purchase orders, inventory, vendor management, production planning, and product delivery. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to stay organized, solve problems, communicate effectively, and keep things moving will have a direct impact on the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage purchase orders for finished goods and components
  • Partner directly with external vendors on production, capacity, timelines, and delivery
  • Monitor open orders and ensure accurate dates and quantities
  • Support S&OP and short- and long-term capacity planning
  • Track components and finished goods to support on-time product launches
  • Use SAP MRP to execute buys and maintain planning accuracy
  • Manage inventory targets and identify opportunities to reduce excess inventory
  • Review BOM accuracy, inventory data, and planning reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track
  • Expedite production and shipments when needed to meet business timelines
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead times, processes, and supply chain agility

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience managing purchase orders, production timelines, or capacity planning
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • SAP experience is a plus, but not required
  • Experience working directly with vendors is highly valued
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Financial and business acumen
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Curious, positive, collaborative, and comfortable asking questions

WHY THIS ROLE?

✨ Work with an iconic fashion and beauty organization

✨ Gain valuable experience across supply chain, operations, and product launches

✨ Collaborate with vendors and high-impact cross-functional teams

100% remote flexibility with optional office presence in Ohio on Thursdays

✨ Potential for contract extension and future full-time opportunities

Contract: 6 months (possible extension based on perfomance)

Pay: $21.00 - $24.14/hour
