Summary

We're seeking a Senior QA Engineer to help deliver reliable, high-quality software through thoughtful testing strategies and scalable automation. You'll play a key role in ensuring product quality by designing automated test solutions, validating complex systems, and working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical skills with curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain automated testing systems and frameworks.
  • Create, execute, and automate comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, and data integrity testing.
  • Investigate defects, debug issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Review product and technical requirements to ensure they are testable and clearly defined.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Software Engineers, and QA Engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Maintain documentation for test plans, test cases, and testing processes.
  • Prioritize testing efforts based on risk, severity, and release timelines.
  • Generate testing reports and proactively communicate quality metrics and results.
Core Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience testing modern software applications across the full technology stack.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
  • Proficiency with at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
  • Solid experience testing Web Service APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Jest, NUnit, xUnit, or TestNG.
  • Experience working with document databases such as MongoDB.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
