The SafeStreets Field Ops Team is searching for an experienced, enthusiastic, and influential individual to join our Captain team. Working closely with Field Ops Leadership, Business Performance Leaders, and EHP's, this individual will manage and own the performance, morale, training, and EHP support systems within their region while continuously showcasing by example what it means to be a top performing EHP and able to help others achieve excellence within the EHP role.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Team Captain will work as an assistant to the BPL in aiding the necessary metrics, operational pieces and communication among EHPs.
  • Team Captains are ultimately responsible in driving an increase in performance related metrics month-by-month by acting as a support role to the BPL and to their assigned EP's within their region
  • Team Captain will deliver district performance numbers on a weekly basis to EHP's and discuss action items with the Lead Captain to increase performance production from EHP in areas assigned by BPL to focus on.
  • Assist in fielding service related phone calls to help EHP's with troubleshooting
  • Team captain will assist BPL in any inventory issues taking place within the district and individual EPs. Aiding in efficiency of BPL in operations
  • Team Captain will work very closely with BPL and Lead Captain on performance metrics needing adoption and increase in production:
  • Enhancements: Increasing all channels by driving EPs to using the tools to create the results, process culture in tabletops, communication in threads and building relationships within your region
  • Financing Usage: Training in getting the YES and running financing applications. Using reports delivered by BPL to break down finance usage within assigned team and communicating 1 on 1 with EHPs on increasing finance usage.
  • Referrals/Self Gens: Utilizing the necessary tools such as GTR, Co-Pilot and any avenue we can to generate new business through existing customer base, social media, clover leafing, etc. Engaging 1 on 1 with EPs with assistance of Lead captain and BPL to change mindset and hold EPs accountable.
  • ETPF Usage: The root of our enhancement and table top presentation. Making sure our team is presenting the full menu and peeling back as our core model.
    Understanding the expectation that comes with ETPF and the importance of the tool being used on every install.
  • PNC/GIC/Upgrades: Conversions of our google install channel. Conduct live training on converting the accounts and using reporting to track which EHPs to target

Required:
  • Ability to communicate effectively and to be an influential role model.
  • Can adapt to changes within the Company with a positive attitude.
  • Must meet minimum required performance metrics:
  • $800 Overall PEA
  • Average of 1 installed referral in last 120 days
  • Consistent communication in Teams chat
  • Great relationship with BPL
  • Ability to multitask, create clear and attainable goals, and to create and follow through with the daily actions that lead to achieving these goals.
  • Be Accountable: When failing, be able to acknowledge failure, find reasons for the failure, create the action plans to reverse the failure and to regain the desired performance being sought.
  • Will be Pro-U Trainer certified(preferred but not required to be currently)
