You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who have been carefully screened to ensure the best therapeutic matches.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video chat to enhance their mental health.
• Guide clients in discussing their emotions and life experiences, fostering self-insight and relational awareness.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining personal goals and facilitating their journey towards mental wellness.
• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that utilize a solution-based approach informed by your clinical expertise.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy and mental health trends.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current LMFT license issued by the state of Virginia; limited and provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Strong ability to evaluate, make professional recommendations, and implement treatment plans for clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a compassionate approach to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth services, including video conferencing and digital client management systems.

• Proven experience in providing therapy to adult clients, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Experience with teletherapy or virtual counseling platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and assessment tools.

• Salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, dependent on experience and hours worked.
