Key Responsibilities
Data Processing & Entry
- Accurately enter alphanumeric data from various sources (including paper documents, electronic files, scanned images, and forms) into company databases and systems.
- Update and maintain existing records to ensure information is current and accurate.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and reviewing for errors or deficiencies.
- Perform regular data quality checks and cleanup to maintain database integrity.
Document Management
- Organize and file digital documents according to established protocols.
- Scan and digitize physical documents as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Track and log completed work for productivity reporting.
Quality Assurance
