Position Summary The Purchasing Specialist (Crypto) will oversee Paradromics' procurement operations with a focus on integrating cryptocurrency and blockchain-based payment systems into the company's purchasing and vendor management processes. This individual will manage vendor sourcing, contract execution, and payment transactions, ensuring compliance, transparency, and efficiency across all purchasing activities.

The ideal candidate combines financial and procurement expertise with a strong understanding of cryptocurrency transactions, digital wallets, and blockchain technology. Key Responsibilities: Manage purchasing and procurement activities for equipment, software, and research materials.

Oversee digital and crypto-based transactions for vendors and contractors, ensuring secure, compliant, and timely payments. Evaluate and onboard suppliers that accept or operate within cryptocurrency payment frameworks. Maintain accurate records of all crypto-related financial transactions in alignment with internal accounting and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with finance and legal teams to develop procurement policies integrating both fiat and crypto assets. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 4–7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or financial operations.

Working knowledge of cryptocurrency platforms, wallets, and blockchain-based payment systems. Proficiency in financial reporting, cost analysis, and vendor management. Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company financial policies. Preferred Qualifications Experience in biotech, medtech, or technology-driven environments.
