Would you like to contribute to exciting digital transformation projects with people who are passionate about innovation? With TeamWork Management, the possibilities are endless. We are a local fast-growing company with a global reach, powered by the Swiss group TeamWork Corporate and 20 years of uninterrupted growth.
Joining our TeamWork Management subsidiary in Boston means being part of our US-based team with 60 information technology specialists in a fun environment where diversity and international talent are put forward. We offer opportunities for continuous learning, a robust benefits package, remote work flexibility, and lots of company perks!
Who are we?
TeamWork is an independent international group, founded in 1999 in Geneva by our current CEO Philippe Rey-Gorrez. We are your strategic partner in digital transformation, specializing in four core businesses: Management Consulting, SAP Business Solutions, Data Analytics and Technology Platforms. Recognized by our clients for our expertise and experience, TeamWork supports both major international groups and SMEs. TeamWork Management, the group's US subsidiary, was created in 2017.
With North America offices in Boston, Fort Lauderdale, San Diego, Montreal, and Toronto, our approach is universal: supporting our clients in all aspects of their digital transformation projects
Job Description
If you are most comfortable maintaining a planning cycle someone else designed, this role is not for you. If you get energized by diagnosing a broken process, building a solution, and making it stick - keep reading.
What You Will Do
Lead Projects, Not Just Support Them
  • Own supply chain and operations projects from diagnosis to implementation - defining scope, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and delivering results that last.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives across commercial, manufacturing, finance, and logistics teams. You know how to build consensus and keep things moving.

Think in Business Impact
  • Translate operational complexity into business decisions. Your value is not the analysis - it is what you recommend based on it and how you get stakeholders to act on it.
  • Build the KPIs, do not just track them. You define what good looks like, set the metrics, and create visibility for leadership.

Design Better Processes
  • Improve planning processes across S&OP, demand, and supply planning - building frameworks and governance that teams can sustain after you are done.
  • Identify root causes, not just symptoms.

Go Deep When It Matters
  • When a project requires hands-on data work, system configuration, or operational analysis in the ERP or the APS, you do it, not because it is expected, but because it solves the problem faster.
  • Use Power BI or equivalent tools to visualize findings and communicate insights to different audiences.

Communicate With Clarity
  • Whether it is a steering committee or a planning team, you know how to frame a message for your audience.
  • Deliver structured presentations, reports, and dashboards that drive decisions - not just inform.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or consulting - with a track record of leading projects, not just supporting them.
  • Depth in at least one area: S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Master Data Management, or Operations - and the curiosity to engage across all of them.
  • A consultant's mindset: you frame problems before jumping to solutions. You think in terms of business impact, not task completion.
  • Demonstrated project management capability - you have structured and delivered cross-functional initiatives. PMP is a plus, but results matter more.
  • Analytical fluency - you are comfortable with data and use it to build arguments, not just reports.
  • Working knowledge of an ERP and/or APS - you do not need to be a configurator, but you need to understand how these systems shape planning decisions. SAP and/or Kinaxis will be a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms) and an ability to apply them to improve analysis, streamline processes, and enhance delivery outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder communication - written, verbal, and visual. You can present to a VP and work with a planner on the same day.

You Will Fit in If...
  • You have worked in or alongside pharma, biotech, or life sciences environments (preferred, not required).
  • You have navigated global or matrix organizations and know how to get things done without direct authority.
  • You have been part of an end-to-end supply chain transformation - and can speak to what made it work.

Additional Information
About the Job
  • Location: Boston, MA preferred. We are also open to remote consultants located within the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Contractor / hourly paid
  • To apply, please attach your updated resume, ensuring it clearly reflects your current location, your Supply Chain Consultant expertise, the types of projects you have been involved in, and the methodologies, technologies, and industries you have worked in.

We build community, not just hire talent.
One of our main brand goals is to build a community of diverse and flexible professionals who can contribute to our current and future projects.
We're not always looking for immediate hires. We were hoping you could get to know us and understand what we do and how we work, so that we can find the right time and the right project for you to join our team.
We believe in genuine connections, long-term collaboration, and adding value from the right place at the right time.
