Work Environment

As a licensed mental health professional at Rebuild Self, you will work remotely, allowing you the flexibility to balance personal and professional commitments. Clinicians work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering routine schedules that enhance work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual counseling sessions to clients of varying ages, backgrounds, and presenting issues, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.
• Establish a warm, empathetic, and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, ensuring they feel comfortable discussing sensitive topics.
• Work collaboratively with clients to develop customized treatment plans that align with their personal goals and preferences, integrating evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• Document client interactions accurately using digital platforms, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations while maintaining thorough records of assessments and progress notes.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique situation, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques as appropriate.
• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in team meetings to share insights and enhance collective knowledge.

The clients you will serve at Rebuild Self are diverse, representing various cultural backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, with a preference for candidates familiar with telehealth practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.
• Technical proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with various mental health issues, particularly in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and demonstrated success in implementing them.
• Proven track record of creating positive client outcomes through effective therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with their experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
