Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, employing a range of diagnostic tools to inform treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring techniques are adapted to suit diverse client backgrounds.
• Monitor and document clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on evidence, feedback, and observed outcomes.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines, ensuring client information is securely handled.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions, participating in clinical supervision, and staying informed about the latest mental health research and initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a therapist at Blended Healing, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults, families, and adolescents facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clinic emphasizes a client-centered approach that respects and incorporates cultural and individual differences, ensuring that therapy is personalized to each client's values and experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory.
• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice, patient welfare, and professional integrity.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team of professionals.

Preferred Experience

• At least three years of relevant work experience in a mental health counseling role.

Compensation and Benefits

Blended Healing offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
