The Job:

We are looking for a Sr Sales Operations Manager to help our C&I sales organization win and execute large, complex projects, with a high focus on hyperscale and colocation data centers and other "mega jobsite" environments. In this role, you will build the operating cadence, process, and CRM discipline that helps sales teams navigate how work actually gets done across the ecosystem. You will report to theDirector of Sales Operations (C&I Division)and work across sales leadership, key account teams, channel, marketing, commercial operations, finance, and other partners to create repeatable ways of working that improve visibility, speed, and execution quality.

You'll get to:

  • Optimize the sales operating modelfor mega jobsites/data centers - standard stages, "what good looks like," and the weekly/monthly rhythms that keep opportunities moving.
  • Improve pipeline and forecast accuracyby driving consistent opportunity management, stage definitions, and inspection routines.
  • Make Salesforce work better for the teamby improving data quality, required fields, workflows, and dashboards that match long-cycle project selling.
  • Connect the dots across the ecosystemso sales teams can execute smoothly across owner-direct engagement, contractor-led projects, and distributor fulfillment.
  • Create practical tools and playbooks(pursuit plans, stakeholder maps, deal checklists, handoff templates) that reduce friction and increase seller productivity.
  • Coordinate cross-functionallyto remove bottlenecks in pricing, approvals, terms, and execution handoffs.
  • Turn lessons learned into best practicesthrough win/loss reviews and project retrospectives, then convert them into process improvements and enablement.
  • Partner with adjacent team members to absorb and coordinate operational responsibilities as business needs evolve, ensuring continuity during periods of team load balancing.
  • Provide backup support for critical sales operations processes, reporting, and operating cadence management across the broader team as needed.
  • Lead or support special projects that improve commercial execution, operating efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Comfort working across multiple selling motions:owner,contractor/EPC/GC, anddistribution/channel.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills-able to turn messy inputs into clear actions, dashboards, and decisions.
  • Ability to influence and drive adoption without direct authority (you can lead through structure, clarity, and partnership).
  • Experience in data centers, construction, industrial/infrastructure, or other project-based selling environments.
