Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. This role requires a self-driven, independent contributor with strong business analysis skills and experience supporting systems in product data management (PDM), quality, and manufacturing environments within the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and IT/development teams.
  • Support system implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Ensure alignment with quality and regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP).
  • Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis.
Required Skills
  • 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
  • Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Experience with PDM, quality systems, or manufacturing systems in life sciences.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Product Data Management tools or ELN platforms (e.g., Labguru).
  • Familiarity with system integrations and data flows.
  • Knowledge of regulated environments (GxP, FDA, ISO).
