As a Health Policy & Management AI Data Trainer, you'll bring your expertise in epidemiology, biostatistics, and health policy to challenge and improve how AI reasons about population health - ensuring it reflects scientific consensus, ethical standards, and real-world complexity.
This is a fully remote, flexible contractor role that lets you do meaningful work on your own schedule.

: 10-40 hours/week What You'll Do- Design Complex Public Health Scenarios
- Create advanced challenges involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trials to rigorously test AI understanding - Author Ground-Truth Solutions
- Develop rigorous, step-by-step responses grounded in peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and authoritative guidelines (CDC, WHO, and others) - Audit AI Outputs
- Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, misinformation, and adherence to ethical standards - Refine AI Reasoning
- Provide structured, expert feedback to help models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate risk accurately, and serve diverse populations equitably Who You Are- Holder of a
Masters in Public Health (MPH), MSPH
, or closely related graduate degree - Strong foundational knowledge in at least two of:
Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy - Skilled at translating complex health data into clear, actionable, and culturally sensitive written content
- Detail-oriented - precise when checking statistical significance, data citations, and the logic of health interventions
- No prior AI experience required - your subject matter expertise is what matters
Nice to Have- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or research coordination
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata
- Background in health communication, clinical research, or public health surveillance
