Salary: $100,000 to $125,000 plus annual bonus, full benefits package
About the Company:
A national healthcare services organization that supports hospitals and outpatient facilities with medical equipment maintenance and asset management. Their teams help improve equipment reliability, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure clinical staff can focus on patient care without equipment disruptions.
Role Overview:
Lead the onsite biomedical services program for a healthcare facility in Helena. Oversee the repair, calibration, inspection, and preventive maintenance of patient care and support equipment. Supervise and develop biomedical technicians, manage daily service operations, and ensure timely completion of work orders. Review and approve purchase orders, support budget planning with senior leadership, and step in to perform hands on technical work as needed.
Key Requirements:
• Associate degree or certification in Electronics or Biomedical Technology
• At least five years of experience servicing medical equipment
• At least three years of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment repair, testing, and safety standards
