• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to gauge their mental health status and identify their needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on the specific goals and circumstances of each client.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients, employing evidence-based techniques and solution-focused methods tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize teletherapy technologies to maintain patient engagement and deliver effective therapy remotely.
• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients as necessary, ensuring they receive timely and compassionate care.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development to remain current with emerging mental health trends and treatment methodologies.

Our client base includes adults from varied backgrounds and with diverse mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Therapists will work collaboratively with clients, using a client-centered approach to empower them towards achieving their mental health goals. The individualized attention provided by our therapists fosters trust and promotes effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, working autonomously in a remote setting.
• A clean disciplinary record without any past sanctions or issues.

While all licensed therapists are encouraged to apply, candidates with prior experience in teletherapy, crisis intervention, or specialized populations are especially valued. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will enhance your integration into our team.
