Position: STEM Researcher — Computational Fields
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$90/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 35 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design tasks by turning everyday research skills into engaging, multi-step tasks.
  • Author solutions using Python and notebooks, ensuring rigor and precision.
  • Define criteria for sound scientific reasoning versus superficial reasoning.
  • Evaluate models by reviewing attempts and identifying immediate mistakes.
  • Work as a team to ensure consistent and accurate evaluations.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • MSc or PhD in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1+ years in an active research role.
