Apply if you have:

  • Capacity to read and interpret construction documents (drawings, specifications, schedules).
  • Knowledge of primary building systems - foundations, primary building structure and walls, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, fire protection, specialty systems, conveying systems and interior finishes and the sequence of assembly of each.
  • A knack for managing multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Even better if you have:

  • A background working for a general contractor, especially in a VDC capacity.
  • Proficiency in leading trade coordination, running and managing clash detection and communicating results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience leading online meetings across remote project teams.

  • Ability to create and manage complex construction projects with Revit, Navisworks, ACC, AutoCAD, Bentley Applications, and other supporting programs.
  • Familiarity with managing BIM and VDC across the project lifecycle, design through facilities management.
  • A track record of effectively working with and/or managing teams remotely.
  • Aptitude for working effectively in a highly productive environment.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude.

Compensation and featured benefits:

  • The pay for this position is $85,000 – $95,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
