Job description

Focus on Law—Not Administrative Work

Imagine spending your day developing case strategy, taking depositions, negotiating resolutions, and advocating for clients—instead of chasing paperwork, managing administrative tasks, or worrying about billable hours.

This fully remote plaintiff-side employment litigation opportunity is built around a structured, technology-enabled platform that removes much of the routine work that traditionally consumes attorneys' time. Dedicated operational and legal support teams, standardized workflows, and purpose-built systems allow you to focus on the work that creates the greatest value for your clients and your career.

If you're looking for a practice where you can spend more time litigating and less time managing administrative burdens, this opportunity delivers exactly that.

Why Attorneys Thrive Here

  • Spend your time litigating—not managing administrative work.
  • Structured, technology-enabled systems streamline routine tasks and keep cases moving efficiently.
  • Dedicated operational and legal support allows you to focus on strategy, advocacy, negotiations, and client outcomes.
  • No billable-hour requirements.
  • Fully remote environment with collaborative leadership and clear processes.
  • Performance-based compensation that rewards results rather than hours worked.

Successful candidates will have:

  • At least five years of employment litigation experience.
  • Strong adversarial negotiation and litigation skills.
  • Experience with wage-and-hour, PAGA, FEHA, ADA, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, or similar employment matters.
  • The ability to thrive in a structured, technology-enabled, fully remote practice environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $140,000–$300,000+
  • Performance-based bonus structure with uncapped earning potential.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
  • Tech allowance.
  • A Practice Designed Around Attorney Effectiveness

The firm's operating model is intentionally built to maximize attorney impact. Rather than expecting litigators to handle every administrative detail themselves, the practice combines structured workflows, modern technology, and dedicated operational support so attorneys can concentrate on the highest-value aspects of litigation.

That means more time developing case strategy, preparing clients, taking depositions, negotiating favorable resolutions, and advocating for clients—and less time on the routine administrative work that often contributes to burnout in traditional law firms.

Salary Range: $140,000–$300,000
