Remote Bilingual (Spanish/English) Inside Sales Representative
($16-18/hr + Uncapped Bonuses)

Join our mission-driven, fully remote team at Life Line Screening, where you’ll help individuals take control of their health through preventive screenings — all while enjoying the support, flexibility, and rewards you deserve.

  • Compensation: $16-18/hour base pay plus uncapped monthly bonuses!
  • Location: Remote (Work from home in the United States)
  • Schedule: Full-time positions with day & afternoon shifts available
What You’ll Do
  • Handle 35–45 inbound calls per shift from individuals interested in preventive health screenings (no cold calling!)
  • Collect health information to assess caller risks and needs
  • Use a consultative, empathetic approach to recommend the right preventive services
  • Schedule appointments and process payments efficiently
  • Consistently meet or exceed your sales and service goals
What We’re Looking For
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Excellent communication, clarity, and empathy
