Now Hiring: Digital Loan Processor (Bilingual)

We're seeking a bilingual Digital Loan Processor to power our clean energy lending program by efficiently processing a high volume of residential clean energy loan applications with precision and care, supporting a portfolio exceeding $55 million. You'll review and verify applications, gather borrower documentation, and seamlessly guide files through preliminary checks, underwriting, and documentation stages. As a key representative of  the bank's digital customer experience and sustainability mission, you'll also deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive communication, inbox management, and outbound outreach, including cross-selling additional bank solutions.

What You'll Contribute:

Loan Processing & Compliance Management

  • Process residential clean energy loan applications in line with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Review applications for completeness and program compliance.
  • Collect, verify, and organize supporting documentation (e.g., pay stubs, utility bills, contracts, IDs).
  • Ensure adherence to bank lending policies, program guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Route completed loan files to Document Preparation and Underwriting teams.

Customer Service & Operational Support

  • Manage the Clean Energy Lending inbox to ensure timely responses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through informed, timely, solution-oriented interactions (inbound and outbound).

Sales Growth, Engagement & Advocacy

  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and conduct outbound sales calls to drive revenue growth.
  • Support sales campaigns, digital banking initiatives, and training/adoption efforts.
  • Promote the bank's mission through community engagement and advocacy for clean energy financing.

The Work Environment:

  • Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.
