We're hiring a Salesforce Team Lead to join our Sales Systems team in a high-impact role responsible for hands-on solution design as well as technical leadership, mentorship, and execution oversight across our sales technology ecosystem.
Salesforce sits at the center of how our Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue teams operate. We're hiring a Salesforce Platform Manager to lead and grow our Salesforce team while owning the architecture, scalability, and evolution of our system.
In this role, you'll partner with leadership to shape system strategy and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that support a rapidly growing SaaS business.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with deep Salesforce expertise who is excited to lead a team while designing systems that reduce operational friction and directly impact revenue performance.
Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX (In the office 3 days per week Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)
What You'll be Doing
Platform Ownership & Architecture
  • Own solution architecture across Salesforce and its ecosystem

  • Design scalable, high-performing systems aligned to business needs. Champion a Flows-first, low-code approach to accelerate delivery and reduce technical debt

  • Review and approve solution designs to ensure consistency and quality across the platform

  • Drive integrations across tools like Workato, LeanData, DealHub, Chili Piper, and Salesloft

Team Leadership & Enablement
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Salesforce administrators and integration specialists

  • Provide technical direction, coaching, and performance feedback on solution design, troubleshooting, and platform best practices

  • Break down work and ensure high-quality execution

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with Sales Systems teammates to implement solutions across Salesforce and adjacent tools (Workato, LeanData, DealHub, Chili Piper, Salesloft)

  • Translate business needs into scalable system solutions

  • Partner with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Revenue leaders to deliver integrations and workflows that power lead routing, opportunity management, forecasting inputs, and quote-to-cash handoffs

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify & improve processes, reduce manual work, and increase system efficiency

  • Ensure data integrity (to include change management), governance, and platform

About You
  • 5-10+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in high-growth environments supporting complex GTM motions required (Sales Cloud required)

  • Strong background in Salesforce architecture and scalable system design (expertise in flows, validation rules, custom metadata, security model)

  • Strong ability to balance hands-on work with delegation and team mentorship

  • Clear communicator able to work effectively with revenue leaders and end users

  • Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder, Architect paths) preferred

  • Familiarity with DealHub CPQ, Workato, LeanData, Chili Piper, Salesloft, or similar tech stacks
